This attractive groundcover features fine-textured, soft bluish-grey foliage on arching branch tips. The scale-like sprays of foliage remain powder blue throughout the winter. It is low maintenance and best if pruned in late winter once the threat of cold has passed. It is not particular as to soil type or pH. Tolerant of urban pollution. It will not tolerate any standing water.
