Award-winning Blue Chiffon ® is a bushy deciduous shrub noted for its lacy, pale blue, semi-double flowers adorned with a star-like red-purple stain at the base of the outer petals. It's the bluest Rose of Sharon. A showy specimen and an asset to any garden. Can tolerate wind and seashore conditions. Best flower production is obtained in full sun. Attracts bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds.
