RETAIL CUSTOMERS ONLY

We guarantee our plant material for 1 year. This guarantee is contingent on proper care. Any claims for replacement MUST be accompanied by the original receipt. Credit card statements and bank statements  will not be accepted as proof of purchase. Please bring in pictures. They are very helpful to us. We will replace the plant, but any difference in price will be the responsibility of the customer.  Credit will be issued for purchasing replacement plant material. It can not be used for bulk product purchases.

**We do not issue replacements for plant  materials until June 1st.**

We strongly recommend the application of and anti-desiccant on evergreens and broadleaf evergreens in late November. early December and again in February of early March.

Annuals, Perennials, Roses, Caryopteris, Butterfly Bush and plants from "Bargain Area"

Japanese Holly, Rhododendrons, Azaleas, Mountain Laurel and Andromeda are guaranteed only until December 31st of the year they were purchased.

**GREEN GIANT ARBORVITAE**
Green Giants purchased and planted after September 1st are only guaranteed until Debember 31st of the year they were purchased.

Replacement Plants
If your replacement plant dies, we do not replace replacement plant materials.
