The dark green needles on Columnar Norway Spruce trees are slightly curved on closely set limbs, creating a slender vertical form with dense branching to the ground. These elegant trees are considered to be a low maintanance. It is recommended to only trim back the new growth of the current season, when pruning is necessary. You should also remove any dieback. Withstands heavy snow loads. Tolerates heat and humidity better than others. 
Deer and rabbit resistant.
