Clusters of outstanding clear white flowers with cream centers emerge among dark green glossy foliage in late spring. This compact, vigorous, grower extends the azalea flowering season. The leaves retain a nice green color into winter. Plants tend to be heavy bloomers and bloom well each year. It is very fussy about its soil conditions- moist well-drained soil and rich, acidic soils to ensure success. Prefers morning sun and afternoon shade. This is a relatively low maintenance shrub, and should only be pruned after flowering to avoid removing any of the current season's flowers. Attracts butterflies.
