Ice Breaker is sought after for its stunning contribution to the garden! Very unique plant that almost looks perpetually snow-covered. Each of the inward-curving needles are silvery blue-green with white frosted undersides, creating a two-tone and clustered effect. Slow growing with a rounded form when young. Mature plants develop a central leader, eventually becoming a short, squat tree. it may eventually mature into a broadly pyramidal small tree. Grows 1 - 3" of new growth each year means years of enjoyment without any work or maintenance from you. Prefers well-drained soil.
