'Rohanii' is a beautiful, large, deciduous tree with a dense, pyramidal crown adorned with gracefully ascending branches. The oval, wavy margined, deeply cut leaves emerge bronze-purple in the spring, matures to deep red-purple, sometimes tinged with green and brown, before turning coppery-bronze in the fall. The smooth, gray bark is truly stunning. In the winter the smooth gray bark is truly stunning. Prefers moist, well-drained soil.
