Tips for a Healthy Landscape! – April 5, 2012
Greetings!
We had not intended to send out another newsletter so quickly on the heels of the last one, but we have some important information to share with you. As a dry spring rolls in after an extremely dry winter, there is cause for concern for your landscape plantings and trees. It is essential they be watered thoroughly on a regular basis. Special care should be taken to keep any newly planted material or plantings from last fall from being overly dry. If you have any questions or concerns, please stop in or give us a call.
New material is arriving daily. We now have a large selection of evergreens and more are on the way! Flowering trees are budding and beginning to flower and ready to become a part of your landscape! Of course, the Pansies are here and ready to plant either in a garden or in a container to brighten up your front porch or step bringing a touch of much needed color. Speaking of containers, we have expanded our pottery department this year in our newly remodeled showroom. You will find not only beautiful planters, but a good selection of birdbaths as well. We have also stocked one wall of our showroom with all of the basic garden tools you need saving you more time to plant! We also have a new display of quality pruners to help get the job done right.
