'Waterfall' is considered by some to be the best green leaf dissected form. The long, flowing leaves and side branches of this green laceleaf Japanese maple cascade down and account for its name. With longer and larger leaves than ‘Viridis,’ the hardy, beautiful mound puts on a beautiful seasonal show. Its finely cut bright green leaves turn a spectacular gold, highlighted with red, in the fall. Morning sun and afternoon part shade.
