A real show-stopper with its bluish-green color and stiff, strongly weeping side branches. The evergreen foliage emerges light green in spring. So stately in appearance, it is an elegant specimen that would add a touch of class to any garden, especially as a focal point. This is a selection of a native North American species making this plant extremely cold hardy. It is not particular as to soil type or pH. It is somewhat tolerant of urban pollution, and will benefit from being planted in a relatively sheltered location. Grows 6-12 inches a year.
